I have a goal of writing three times a week. In keeping with this schedule, I have found my style of writing is more inspirational in nature for leaders. You mentioned having consistent valuable or interesting content. I started my blog to encourage those who have an interest in leadership development and also as a primer for my future business of leadership training and development.
